Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT TO WEAR:

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You'll want something you can slip on and slip off with very little effort and/or something you don't mind getting messy. This also includes jewelry! We prefer you wear no jewelry at all, however; if you insist please make sure it is easy on, easy off or something that won't tarnish if you get product on it. A great example would be scrubs with croc shoes.

Massage Classes: For Men, basketball shorts or boxers is ideal to wear under loose comfy clothing. For Women, bikini or halter top is ideal to wear under loose comfy clothing. For Shoes, please wear flat, secure shoes or go barefoot. This is a safe space and the instructor(s) will assist students to make sure everyone feels so during the massage class. There is No Nudity! Aside from the body part being exposed for massage at that time everything else will be covered. While each class may have a different “tone”- serious, funny, happy, eager, loving, etc… it is always a respectful environment.

WHAT TO BRING:

Yourself! Proof of purchase. All supplies and/or equipment is provided for you unless otherwise noted in which case you would receive an email stating what to bring prior to class or workshop. You may bring water in a closed container to have with you at all times. Tips are a great way to say “Thank you” to your instructor(s) especially when you have purchased a deeply discounted class. Please have cash on hand to avoid the embarrassing moment that you want to tip and realize you’re only carrying plastic. If you have any special requirements or disabilities please bring what you need and contact us so that we are made aware and can accommodate as best as possible.

Massage Classes: If you get cold easily please bring extra blankets.
